POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS
Meals, advance departure or late arrivals are not refundable
Cancellation: In case of renounce, the percentage of penalty on the total amount of stay is:
• up to 30 day from arrival: No Penalty
• up to 20 days from arrival: 10% of total amount
• up to 10 days from arrival: 15% of total amount
• up to 07 days from arrival: 30% of total amount

After these terms or in case of No-show customers should pay 45% of total amout
Reservation Confirmation : a 20% deposit of the total amount is due at confirmation.
